When you request analysis, up to 30,000 characters are sent through ClaimClarity's Convex service to OpenAI. This flow does not save the letter or briefing to a ClaimClarity customer record. The source text is cleared when a briefing returns; the briefing stays in this page until you reset or close it. OpenAI response storage is disabled for this request, but ClaimClarity cannot control or promise providers' other logging or retention. Remove names, member IDs, birth dates, addresses, and unrelated health details, and continue only if you are comfortable with that processing.
